DESCRIPTION

Located within the illustrious Bellagio Hotel & Casino on the famed Las Vegas Strip, Picasso is more than just a restaurant—it's an exquisite dining experience that marries art with culinary excellence. With a name that pays homage to the iconic artist Pablo Picasso, this establishment boasts an ambiance that reflects the beauty and creativity of his work, creating an atmosphere that is both enchanting and inviting.

Renowned for its sophistication, Picasso has earned a celebrated 2 Michelin stars, and it’s easy to understand why. The exceptional service has been highlighted by patrons, with many noting the attentiveness and warmth of the staff. Customers, like Gerson Reynoza, marvel at how the staff “resolved problems before we could even bring them up,” showcasing a level of professionalism that elevates the dining experience.

One of the standout features of Picasso is undoubtedly its awe-inspiring views. Guests can enjoy their meal on the patio while being treated to the breathtaking Bellagio Fountain show, a mesmerizing display that serves as a perfect backdrop to your culinary journey. As Nora Zhang put it, the “great dining experience” at Picasso is well worth the price, especially when one sits down to the tantalizing dishes crafted by the skilled kitchen team.

Speaking of cuisine, Picasso’s menu is a masterpiece on its own. With dishes that are as visually stunning as they are delicious, the restaurant garners rave reviews for its flavor profile and artistic presentation. Diners have been particularly drawn to the Wagyu Filet, praised for its tender, mouth-watering quality, as highlighted by Gloria Creasy. The experience progresses with a symphony of flavors that leave a lasting impression, exemplified by their inventive desserts, including an edible Picasso painting that took guests by surprise and delight.

For anyone seeking a true fine dining experience in Las Vegas, Picasso emerges as a top contender. It blends culinary artistry with impeccable service and stunning views, ensuring that every visit is nothing short of extraordinary. Whether celebrating a special occasion or simply indulging in the finer things in life, Picasso promises to deliver an unforgettable journey for both the palate and the senses. My own visit left me eager to return, allured by the vibrant atmosphere and spectacular dishes that redefine dining as a form of art.

Exceptional! Exactly what you would expect from a restaurant that has earned 2 Michelin stars. Every member of the staff is amazing. Our waiter, Jason, was very attentive and answering questions and resolving problems before we could even bring them up. This attention to detail was felt across the staff. The food was phenomenal. Everything was beautifully presented and tasted just as good, or even better than it looked. The pigeon was recommended to us and it lived up to our expectations. The final surprise came in the form of a edible Picasso painting with our dessert. The detail in the painting was incredible. Highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be coming back!

Great dining experience. One of the fine dining restaurants in Vegas. A bit on the expensive side but Worth the visit. We were seated on the patio and got to enjoy the fountain show. Food was delicious and good service.

I reserved a solo reservation. The spare chairs were kindly removed from the table before I arrived. Andrew was my server and he was very attentive. The Bird of Paradise drink was the perfect amount of refreshing and sweet. I was able to amend the 4 course supper to my taste. It was one of the best meals I have ever had. The Wagyu Filet was mouth watering. After the meal I had some time to sit and did not want to go on my phone so Andrew kindly brought over a binder they have on Picasso’s life and art. Very thoughtful as I was solo. Andrew, Antonio and the staff were wonderful. I’m grateful I got to experience Picasso before they close. It is a very beautiful space.

Dining at Picasso was an amazing culinary experience. First time experiencing fine dining like this. I was blown away by the views and the amazing flavors that were presented in every single piece of art. Dishes were delicious and filling. The staff was attentive and very professional. My wife really enjoyed her birthday dinner, and it made me super happy. Thank you, staff and chef, at Picasso. See y'all in September for my birthday.

Dining at Picasso is truly a dining experience second to none on the Las Vegas strip. The food is fantastic and so are the recommended wines. I really enjoyed the La Rioja Alta Vina Ardanza with my veal and of course, we could not help but have 3 servings of the poached oysters - our favorite dish. Furthermore, the hospitality, service, and knowledge of the staff is exquisite. Upon entering the restaurant, you immediately feel welcomed and carefully attended to. The attention to detail and speed at which the staff reacts to your needs before even needing to make a request while, at the same time, allowing you to truly enjoy the meal with to your party makes this restaurant a cut above the rest. You are truly made to feel as special as the restaurant itself. On this particular visit, we celebrated Michael's birthday and the staff was so gracious to surprise us with Spanish bubbles, a beautiful cake, and desserts. We appreciated that so much and are forever thankful and in awe of Chef Julian Serrano. A special thank you to him as well as Manny and our server for an amazing experience. We always look forward to retiring and will continue to recommend the restaurant to our friends and family.

Such a wonderful dinner. Every course was so amazing, I loved every bite. My boyfriend and I had so much fun here, we ended up being there for 3 hours and didn’t even realize we had been there for so long because everything was paced out perfectly. It was the perfect amount of food, I was so full by the end of the night. The service is wonderful and our waiter was very friendly and gave us a perfect night. We had a beautiful view of the fountains as well which really made the dinner even more fun! I can’t wait to come back again.
